Event Security Guards for New York City and New Jersey

Experienced Event Staff and Supervisors

Our special events team has worked in many different venues and is prepared for crowds at many types of gatherings. Each event is staffed with security officers and supervisors, so there is clear leadership on site and a single point of contact for your organizers. The safety of guests, performers, staff and clients is always our first goal.

Events We Cover

• Concerts and live performances
• Sporting events
• Theater premieres and red-carpet events
• Charity events and galas
• Autograph signings and public appearances
• Corporate functions and private parties
• Outdoor public events, including events in Times Square
• Hospitality venues: high-end bars, hotels and restaurants

The Right Mix of Personnel

Every event is different, so coverage is planned around the venue, the expected crowd and the guest list. We can provide unarmed or armed officers, access control at entrances, and executive protection for VIPs, speakers and performers. For large buildings and high-rises, our fire guards and Fire & Life Safety Directors can support compliance on the day.
